West Ham United have clinched a UK work permit for Lacina Traore.
The Daily Mail says Traore has been given the green light to join West Ham United on loan after the Home Office granted the 6ft 8in striker a work permit.
Traore moved to Monaco from Anzhi Makhachkala for £8.6million earlier this month, is due to join up with the Hammers once clearance paperwork is processed.
West Ham hope the deal for Traore is concluded in the next 24 hours and can unveil the striker ahead of their game with Newcastle United.
