West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan admits they attempted to re-sign Manchester City rebel Carlos Tevez.
Responding to political journalist Iain Dale on his blog West Ham Till I Die, Sullivan said they made multiple attempts.
"Three times we asked. Three times they said, 'No chance'."
