West Ham United co-chairman David Sullivan says there's money available to buy in January.
Sullivan confirmed the plans in a Christmas message to fans.
"Families pull together during tough times, and these are tough times," Sullivan said.
"The last few months haven't been quite as good as we hoped, but on behalf of the board I would say we will be making signings in January and we hope to rectify the balance of the team, so by the end of the season we're well clear of relegation."
