West Ham are moving for Espanyol goalkeeper Roberto Jimenez.
New West Ham director of football, Mario Husillos, is set to make Roberto his first signing since taking charge, reports AS.
The former Malaga sports chief took Roberto on-loan from Espanyol last season and he's now seeking a reunion with the keeper at West Ham.
Espanyol are willing to sell for €2m - which falls well inside West Ham's budget. Roberto is also keen on a move to England, where he can expect a healthy pay-rise.
Roberto was a first-choice at Malaga, but has little chance of a regular senior football at parent club Espanyol next season.
