West Ham United co-chairman David Gold is confident keeping Liverpool striker Andy Carroll for the season.

There's been talk of Liverpool recalling the Geordie in January.

But Gold tweeted: "The exact terms of AC [Andy Carroll's] year-long loan deal is subject to a confidentially agreement but we are hopeful he will be with us the whole season."
