West Ham chief Karren Brady says manager Slaven Bilic's job is safe.

Brady says they're planning for the January market with Bilic.

Brady said in her diary for The Sun: "Slaven and I have tea at the House of Lords. For a catch up.

"Three things he is — decent, passionate, determined. When he says results will turn round, I 100 per cent believe him. We talk January window and leave feeling optimistic."
