West Ham are chasing West Brom striker Salomón Rondón.
The Mirror says Rondón, 28, is available for £16m thanks to a clause in his contract following West Brom's relegation and they may have to sell to balance the books.
West Ham's interest comes from incoming boss Manuel Pellegrini who worked with him at Malaga.
The Hammers have made enquiries on Rondon's availability as the striker finished the season well despite West Brom's demise.
Tottenham and Chelsea were both interested in January and are still keeping tabs while Cardiff have also been heavily linked.
