West Ham United are chasing Schalke striker Kevin Kuranyi.
The London Evening Standard says the 29-year-old Germany international will become a free agent this summer and West Ham co-owner David Sullivan is monitoring the situation.
Moscow Dynamo have also been linked with Kuranyi, who has an impressive scoring record.
Kuranyi previously played for Stuttgart, where he scored 46 goals in 99 matches. Since moving to Schalke, he has netted 71 goals in 157 appearances, including 20 in 32 matches this season.
