West Ham United skipper Kevin Nolan wants manager Sam Allardyce secured to a new, long-term contract.
Hammers boss Big Sam is out of contract at the end of this season.
And skipper Nolan said: "He's the perfect man. It's massive to make sure we secure his future now we've secured this stadium."
Nolan also reckons the club will fill the new ground. He said: "I speak to people who can't get a ticket because we've had 13 sell-outs on the spin."
