West Ham United captain Mark Noble says its important star pair Diafra Sakho and Enner Valencia do not get carried away.
Sakho - who is awaiting the results of a scan on a shoulder injury - and fellow new boy Valencia have been dynamite for the Hammers so far this season, but Noble doesn't want them getting complacent.
He said: "Personally, and I hope everyone else does too, we keep on them, so they don't get sloppy because they have scored a few goals.
"I will still be shouting at them on Tuesday morning. Hopefully they will play like that for the rest of the season. I just tell them not to let them get sloppy, not to stop running.
"The crowd love them here, and rightly too, but I will be on them every day to keep them on their toes, the manager will I am sure as well.
"The pair of them and the players we have signed have given the whole club a lift, because they are hungry and want to work for the team.
"It is not just being up there, show a bit of brilliance and then do not run for 20 minutes, they work hard as well."
