West Ham United cannot afford to sign midfielder Radoslav Kovac, it has been revealed.
The Daily Mail says Hammers manager Gianfranco Zola has been told there are no funds to pay the £4million fee which would make Kovac's loan deal from Spartak Moscow permanent.
