West Ham United boss Gianfranco Zola insists they won't go route one to lift themselves above the dropzone.
The Hammers have not won since the first day of the season and only Portsmouth are keeping them off the foot of the Barclays Premier League.
Zola, however, said: "I would rather change my job than change my style of play. The way I like to play is the way I believe is right for this club. I won't change my principles. I didn't last year when we were having problems as well. I do this job because I love to do it in this way and I won't change it."
