Gianfranco Zola admits he'd reconsider his position at West Ham United if his best players were sold.

"I've been told the plan hasn't changed," said Zola. "It would be fantastic if we could be challenging the top four and our plan could work.

"But if the plan has changed, then the club will have to speak to me and tell me they need to change their strategy.

"Then I will make a decision because the scenario has changed.

"I spoke to the club and they say they don't want to change the plan."
