West Ham United boss Gianfranco Zola has called on Premiership clubs to show more patience with their managers.
"In football in this country it is very difficult to set up a long-term project," he said. "It can be very difficult for managers if it doesn't happen from day one.
"You need to establish your ideas. It is always a game after all and people need to take it like that."
