West Ham United boss Gianfranco Zola has maintained talks with the agent of Amantino Mancini over the last fortnight.

The Inter Milan winger is a loan target for the Hammers, but isn't sure about a move to Upton Park.

Zola has been working on Gilmar Veloz, Mancini's agent, about the deal and hopes he's done enough to convince the Brazilian he can benefit from moving to the Hammers.

Inter are willing to do business over a 12-month loan with the option of an outright deal for £12 million.
