West Ham United boss Gianfranco Zola says Hull City's success is a great football story.
He said: "Hull are a good team, a team with a lot of enthusiasm and a team to be respected. This is their moment.
"So far they have got some very good results and have been playing well."
Zola actually played at Hull NINE years ago as Chelsea beat them 6-1 in the FA Cup with a Gustavo Poyet hat-trick when City were in the old Third Division. Chelsea were then managed by Gianluca Vialli.
Zola said: "It's a great story for them to go from the old Fourth Division to the Premier League. I remember playing there but I don't remember the result. It was a long time ago.
"It's very good for football for them to come up and do so well.
"But obviously we want to end their dream and stop that enthusiasm."
