West Ham United boss Gianfranco Zola says Carlton Cole could be anything - if he can improve his finishing.

"If Carlton can improve a little bit with his finishing he can be a hell of a player. The way he works for the team, his control of the ball is unbelievable," Zola told whufc.com.
