West Ham United's recent run of form has lifted the self-belief in manager Gianfranco Zola.

"I'm very pleased with the away form and the team looks solid," said Zola. "The confidence is coming back to everybody - even the manager!

"What we need to do is put a bit more distance between us and the clubs behind us. But Newcastle will be tough because they need the points."
