West Ham boss Slaven Bilic is confident he still has the confidence of the board.
After Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Hull, the club's owners felt it necessary to give their manager the dreaded vote of confidence.
Bilic said: “It's nice to have that belief from the owners when they speak, so they have been really good.
“But I feel the pressure of the situation and I don't want to hide behind the pressure. I'm in the front row and I enjoy to be there when it happens.
“I don't want these things to happen — but when it happens I don't want to share that pressure or responsibility.
“It's all me and that's the way it should be."
