West Ham United boss Avram Grant says he's a natural worrier.
He admits a win at Wolves, which could lift his side off the bottom and out of the relegation zone, won't stop him from having sleepless nights.
He said: "The club pay me to be worried. I'm worried all the time.
"When I was top of the table with Chelsea I was worried. I have to be. If we continue what we are doing we won't be in the relegation zone at the end of the season.
"I'm sure that we are doing the right things and we will win our fair share of away games."
