Grant has seen West Ham's move for Wayne Bridge rejected by Manchester City this week.
The Israeli has prioritised a left back, a central midfielder and a forward as he seeks to lift West Ham off the bottom of the table.
After an upturn in results, West Ham's board are getting fully behind Grant for next month's winter market.
