West Ham United boss Avram Grant is chasing Lyon striker Frederic Piquionne.
The Sun says Grant is set to beat Fulham and West Brom to his old star Piquionne.
The West Ham boss wants to offer the Lyon striker an instant return to the Premier League after last term's loan spell at Portsmouth.
Piquionne, 31, hit 11 goals for Pompey under Grant last season and is keen to be reunited with his old gaffer at Upton Park.
