West Ham United boss Avram Grant has cleared Kieron Dyer of any injury.

Dyer was subbed during yesterday's win over Tottenham.

Grant revealed: "Kieron was sick. He didn't feel so good. He was dizzy and we needed to sub him. He played well until then."
