West Ham United boss Avram Grant believes Chelsea can win the Champions League this season.

Grant took Chelsea to the final three years ago.

"Chelsea can win the Champions League, that's for sure," said Grant. "Chelsea are doing everything to win it.

"They have the quality to do it and a very good manager and a good person."
