West Ham boss David Moyes has addressed reports a decision has already been made that he will leave at the end of the season.
Moyes wrote for the London Evening Standard: "... there was a suggestion this week that I will leave West Ham at the end of the season, whatever happens. In answer to that, I would say that I am really enjoying my time here — I'm smiling!
"I would like us to improve the team so that the fans say, 'Yes, I like the way they're playing', but it will take time. What I wanted the fans to appreciate is that we're going in the right direction. We needed to work on the players' attitude, we needed to show their determination was never in question.
"I want to see how all those things are at the end of the season and no decision will be made until then — or certainly until we know we are safe in the Premier League."
