West Ham boss Alan Curbishley insists there's no problems with striker Dean Ashton.

Curbishley said Ashton will be eased back into the first team as he recovers from a knee ligament injury. Ashton played 19 minutes as a substitute during the 2-0 defeat at Arsenal on New Year's Day.

"He understands," Curbishley said. "I have just been making sure we get him through it."
