West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has confirmed interest in Galatasaray striker Burak Yilmaz.
Gala have revealed they had knocked back a West Ham bid of £3.5million for Yilmaz during the summer and reports had linked Bilic with another swoop for the 30-year-old this January.
“He [Yilmaz] is a good player you know," Bilic told reporters on Saturday.
“At the moment it is only rumours. He is a very important player for Galatasaray and we are well covered in those positions.
“We are still expecting all our strikers to come back from injury in a couple of weeks time. Players like Yilmaz are always linked with clubs, not just West Ham."
