West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic will not be sacked before the end of the season, the Mirror has reported.
The Croatian manager has come under criticism following his side's poor start to the season, and the Hammers have also been linked with a move for former Bayern Munich manager Carlo Ancelotti.
However, according to the reports, Hammers are not keen on changing their manager mid-season, and they want to give Bilic until the end of the season to prove that he is the man to take the club forward.
Following their last-gasp 1-0 win over Swansea on Saturday, the London side have climbed up to the 15th spot in the table.
