West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has dropped the bombshell that Dimitri Payet has downed tools.

Bilic claims Payet is REFUSING to play for West Ham.

Bilic is quoted by the Daily Star today: "Let's get serious. I have a situation with a player. It is Dimitri Payet. He wants to leave."

But the Hammers are refusing to let the Frenchman leave.

The West Ham boss added: "We are not going to sell him."
