West Ham boss Slaven Bilic has denied reports they're cutting loose Alvaro Arbeloa.

It's been claimed Bilic has already confirmed the former Real Madrid fullback will be released.

However, the Irons manager has left the door open to Arbeloa winning a new deal.

He insisted: "The situation with Alvaro is different (than Adrián's), he came for a season and now he has a contract.

"But all those things I will talk about with the players themselves, not the press..."
