West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce says his players must shake off their relegation fear.

The Hammers meet West Bromwich Albion today.

"The 'R-word' never stops when you're in the bottom three," said Allardyce.

"You have to ignore it and keep focused on your own game, your own beliefs and keep doing the right thing by getting the basics right.

"Does dropping into the bottom three create a psychological difficulty? It depends on how they (the players) listen to the outside the world."
