West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce admits they're fortunate to have signed Aaron Cresswell.
The former Ipswich Town fullback made the move over the summer.
Allardyce said: "Today we end up scooting off abroad [for players]. And none more so than me - I've done all that before. It's a great start for him and I'm sure he's loving every minute of it.
"He's loving the euphoria that comes around this level of football. I hope he continues to dedicate himself to get better and better."
