West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce has ruled out selling Andy Carroll.
Carroll has been linked with a return to Newcastle United, despite his ankle injury.
But Allardyce told the Sunday Sun: "Andy is very settled at West Ham.
"He's got a partner and they have decided to buy a house close to the training ground.
"The big disappointment for me and the sad thing for Andy is how depressed he's going to feel about his injury."
