West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is happy to see David Moyes in charge of Real Sociedad.
Moyes took the top job at Real Sociedad last week, seven months after he was axed by Manchester United.
Allardyce believes Moyes has made a good call in escaping the glare of the English game.
"I think it's a good move from him to get out of this country for a while," the West Ham manager said. "To get back into the groove of managing at that level in Spain, and testing yourself at that level.
"As long as it's a sustainable football club that supports him in what he wants to try and do.
"The test is always when you go abroad, if can you have that influence over the players that you had on your own soil.
"If he can have that influence then I'm sure he'll make Sociedad into a pretty good unit."
