West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is leaving the door open to Carlton Cole.
The free agent is currently training with the Hammers.
"Carlton is training with us at the moment and when he gets fit enough he'll be part of the squad. We'll talk to him about a contact situation as we still have one place left in our squad for somebody," said Allardyce.
