West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce has been offering BRIBES to his squad to play out the season to the max.

Big Sam has dangled the carrot of days off in return for wins to keep their minds and bodies fresh.

Assistant boss Neil McDonald said: "Sam has done that this season and we've had a fantastic response from a physical point.

"They've been working hard for nine months so to have a break, as long as they're not abusing their bodies and they come back fresh, is a good thing.

"It gets a fantastic response from the players. It's good for them to go home and share some time with the family."
