West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce says Sir Alex Ferguson will be as happy as anyone over Ravel Morrison's current form.
Morrison, 20, was tipped to become a Manchester United superstar but Ferguson eventually let him leave after a series of on and off the pitch problems.
Allardyce, delighted as West Ham recorded their first away win against Spurs since 1999, said: "What did Sir Alex say to me about Ravel? 'I hope you can sort him out because if you can he will be a genius.' He needed to get away from Manchester and start a new life and it looks like it is paying off.
"The penny has dropped with him in terms of lifestyle, attitude and his time-keeping."
