West Ham boss Allardyce off the FA hook

West Ham boss Sam Allardyce has escaped an FA charge despite his outburst against match officials following a 2-2 draw with Manchester United. Allardyce questioned the integrity of officials - including linesman Harry Lennard - after the match, and suggested he should be dropped from Premier League matches in future.

But the FA has confirmed in a short statement that it has no plans to charge Allardyce over his post-match interview.
