West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is confident the goals will arrive for Andy Carroll after his blank during victory at Newcastle United.
Allardyce had words of encouragement for Carroll, denied his first of the season by an excellent Tim Krul save.
"He is getting better and better," said Allardyce. "That partnership with Kevin Nolan is vital for us and long may it continue. It is getting us victories.
"I don't think it gives me extra satisfaction to win here. It satisfies me to win anywhere away from home."
