West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce spoke this morning about THAT wonder goal from Ravel Morrison in England U21 training.
The clip produced by the FA's video team has become a YouTube sensation.
"Ravel's blessed with talent. He flashed a little bit of that in that training session. We all know about his ability. His ability is starting to be applied in the right way in matches," said Big Sam.
"There's still a massive room of improvement. For me, I will always be on at Ravel saying you are where you are at the moment but there's still more to come and more I demand from you and that you should demand more on yourself.
"He should help improve West Ham and our results."
