West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce admits Mladen Petric could make a debut against Everton.

The former Fulham striker signed as a free agent last week.

"He's going through pre-season work at the minute and that's a lot more intense," Allardyce said about Petric.

"His recovery is quicker and quicker, he's into the football side and is enjoying being back at a club, being with players he can mingle in. He could play a part against Everton."
