West Ham United are ready to go with Avram Grant to the end of the season.
The Daily Mail says the Hammers will stick with Grant after being turned down by Martin O'Neill.
The former Aston Villa and Celtic manager had been mulling over the offer for the past couple of weeks but told the Hammers' owners on Monday that he was turning down their offer, leaving the club's hierarchy - in particular Karren Brady - to pick up the pieces.
It also means Grant will be given the chance to steer West Ham off the bottom of the table and possibly to the Carling Cup final, with his side just 90 minutes away from their first Wembley final in 30 years.
