West Ham United have suffered a blow after striker Andy Carroll was ruled out for a couple of weeks with a groin injury.
Jack Sullivan - son of co-chairman David Sullivan - has confirmed on his official Twitter account that Carroll is facing up to two weeks on the sidelines due to the injury.
The latest injury means that the 27-year-old is likely to miss out on the first leg of the upcoming Europa League qualifier.
The Hammers will play the first leg of the third-round qualifier on July 28, with the return game scheduled to take place on August 4, against the winner of the second round qualifier between Belarus' Shakhtyor Soligorsk and Slovenia's Domzale.
