West Ham bigger than Birmingham - Gold

David Gold has taken a swipe at former club Birmingham City.

The new West Ham United co-owner has turned up the heat ahead of tomorrow's big match.

“People talk about Birmingham as a huge football club,” he said. “If that were true there would not be 20,000 fans at the game, but a full house. No disrespect to Birmingham, [but] West Ham is a bigger club with tradition.”
