West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is lining up a bumper offer for Marseille striker Loic Remy.
The he Daily Star Sunday Marseille want £9million for Remy, 25, who has also been a target for Liverpool and Tottenham, when Harry Redknapp was in charge there. Since Redknapp took over at Loftus Road, Remy has also been linked with QPR.
But there are doubts whether the west London club could afford him after their summer spending spree under previous boss Mark Hughes. That could put West Ham boss Sam Allardyce in pole position to land the classy hitman.
