West Ham have tabled a £12million bid for Dnipro winger Yevhen Konoplyanka, Sky Sports is reporting. The 24-year-old Ukraine international has attracted interest from Liverpool who tried to land Konoplyanka in the January transfer window, but failed to agree a deal before the deadline, while Tottenham and Manchester United have also been linked with the player.
Konoplyanka is thought to have a £12m buy-out clause in his contract, but there have been suggestions that he is reluctant to move to England.
