West Ham United midfielder Scott Parker says manager Gianfranco Zola has the full support of the dressing room.

Italian Zola was mobbed by his players after Alessandro Diamanti's goal set West Ham on their way to a crucial win against Birmingham City.

Parker said: "Everyone has massive respect for the manager and that was clear to see. Nothing was planned, we just want him to do well. He's a good man."
