Mark Noble says Sam Allardyce's work in the transfer market has West Ham United buzzing.
The midfielder, who helped the club bounce straight back into the top flight following their relegation in 2011, is excited about the squad Allardyce is building.
He said: "As a professional player, I want to play with the best players possible and stay in this league for as long as possible.
"As a West Ham player, I've been through a lot - promotion, relegations and great escapes - so I wanted to make sure that this club was going in the right direction.
"The manager and the chairman have made that happen because we've signed some top players and hopefully we continue to do so.
"I think it was time for the club to go to the next level and not be in limbo like it was.
"We've signed some top players and I think everyone is buzzing.
"It's brought a big lift to the club and it's a lot better training out there with top-quality players."
