West Brom's Lukaku staying humble

West Bromwich Albion's on-loan Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku knows he has much to learn in the game.

He first discovered how much he still had to progress after Chelsea paid £18m to bring him from Anderlecht a year ago then left him in the reserves.

He said: "Even when I am 20 next year and 21 the year after I will still be a baby in some people's eyes so I know I need to work and improve fast.

"Roberto Di Matteo told me this club was a good place to go on loan. Then when I spoke to [boss] Steve Clarke I just told him: 'You help me to improve... and I will do the rest!'."
