West Brom striker Craig Beattie is open to extending his stay with Crystal Palace.
The Scottish striker, who is on an initial month-long loan from West Brom, scored the only goal on his home debut as Palace beat fierce south London rivals Charlton 1-0.
Boss Neil Warnock admitted he will try to keep hold of the former Celtic man for the maximum three months allowed.
And Beattie said: "The gaffer told me I was going to get games and to just go out and score goals - thankfully I did just that.
"As it stands the deal is for a month but anything is possible. I guess it's up to me. It is a fantastic opportunity for me.
"I was kicking my heels at West Brom and, as soon as I got the phone call, I was on my way."
